PUJA VENGADASALAM

Objective: To be a global and creative business leader whose contribution lies at the intersection of business, design, society, and the environment.

Currently enrolled in the prestigious master's program in the School of Business at Rutgers University, I will be graduating in May 2026 with an MBA and a specialization in Digital Marketing.

I graduated with Honors from the premier Rutgers Business School, New Brunswick in May 2024. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Digital Communication, Information, and Media. A student board member, and invited fellow, I earned the Accomplished Innovator award @ Innovation, Design, Entrepreneurship Academy (IDEA) in 2024. I also won the National Equitable Excellence Foundation undergraduate scholarship in 2020.

I am passionate about the environment and about making a difference. I pioneered EcoCamp, which included workshops to teach environmental stewardship, an EcoCamp showcase to involve the township, and an EcoCamp website to create global awareness. While I earned the Student of the Year, the New Jersey Governors Award for Environmental Excellence, and the Girl Scout Gold for the project, EcoCamp also sparked my life’s mission to work at the intersection of business, society, and the environment.

Giving back to the community is important to me. I won the Jefferson Gold Medal for Service and the President’s Silver and Gold medal for community service for about 450 plus hours of volunteering. As a believer in social equity and community education, I conducted an anti-stereotyping workshop as well as a community education STEM workshop. I write prolifically and have published papers in peer-reviewed journals, newspapers & and books, and won writing contests including National History Day regionals. Trained in digital art, design, and portraiture, I have a Black Belt in International Karate.

A certificate holder in Digital Marketing, Social Media Simternship, Social CRM, Advanced Branding, Social marketing, I completed successful internships at Princeton Partners in 2020 where I honed my website building & traffic monitoring skills, a second at Merakhi, a social innovation company working to end to sexual assault for whom I co-designed and ran a social media engagement campaign and a third as Co-entrepreneurial Lead & Market Researcher for Princeton University's Green Gel team as a National Science Foundation's iCorps fellow.

Since 2018, I have been working full-time at INFINITEE USA, a multinational consulting company. As the company’s Creative Marketing Designer, I am responsible for the company’s global branding & digital marketing.
